QUALITY, CARING CLINICAL SERVICES
Service Areas Include: Ukiah Main Office, Fort Bragg, Willits, (out-patient), Juvenile Hall, and select schools.
Mental Health Support for young children and youth up to age 24 and their families.
Mendocino County Youth Project’s Licensed Clinicians, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, Associate Social Workers, and trainees are trained and committed to providing services to children, youth, young adults and families, while utilizing proven best practices and evidence based therapy methods, provided by professional and skilled therapists.
Counseling and Therapeutic Services are provided at no-cost for children and youth up to age 24 who have Medi-Cal, Beacon or who are eligible for other grant funded services.
We offer numerous support services, local agency referrals, advocacy, outreach, transportation and home visits.
Our Clinicians provide specialized services for child victims and or witnesses of crime and for youth with substance abuse
Financial assistance for mental health services include Medi-Cal, federal child abuse and child sexual abuse grants, private insurances, community and foundation support, with support provided by The California Wellness Foundation.
Services are currently provided on an out-patient basis at the MCYP Ukiah office, at Juvenile Hall, and in some schools by contract.
