Levine House:Eligibility-18-24 old individuals experiencing homelessness (including parenting Youth)The Program:Transitional Housing – stay of up to 2 years Services Provided:On site supportive services: Case Management, Life Skills TrainingConnection with Community Resources including permanent housing resourcesLong term independence planning support ( including employment, financial planning, education,)On site therapeutic services
Residents of K’s Place may be eligible to transition to Levine House for longer term support as appropriate and as availability permits.
